The green coffee is shipped to True Coffee in New Jersey where each coffee is craft roasted in small batches to optimize its unique flavor profile and then blended with other coffees to achieve this rich, complex, and well-balanced blend.
Origins:
The coffees used in our micro-lot blends are sourced in small lots from high-altitude farms and communities in East Africa and Central America. The Arabioa varietal coffees are characteristic of the regions, volcanic loams, and micro-climates they are grown in. They are primarily wash processed and sun-dried. The lots are inspected, graded, culled, stored in "grain-pro" bags, and then shipped to True Coffee in.
